**Treatments for late arrivals will be completed within the scheduled treatment time while the fee will remain unchanged. There will be no cancellation fees should an appointment be cancelled with a minimum of 3 hours notice. Please ensure that any cancellation is made directly with the Spa. A 25% rate surcharge will be levied on treatments booked outside of normal operating hours. There will be no surcharge on treatments booked outside of operating hours.
