The Selinda Suite
Included
- Fully inclusive of accommodation, scheduled wildlife activities, meals, laundry, return airstrip road transfers, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including premium brand spirits and champagne. Th Selinda Suite includes a private safari drive vehicle, guide/host and chef.
- The return scheduled seat in plane air transfers from Maun and/or Kasane Airports, as well as inter-camp air transfers from Great Plains properties and those third parties in the greater Okavango Delta and Linyanti/Savuti regions, to this camp are automatically included in the nightly rate - subject to a minimum 2 night stay. Where air transfers are from properties located outside of these regions, supplementary charges will be applicable.
- Exclusive of mandatory nightly conservation levy and in camp spa services. - Pilot/Guide and private vehicle rates are nett and non-commissionable.
- The Great Plains Foundation Conservation & Community levy is applicable to all private pilot / guide stays.
- Each suite, including the Selinda Suite, includes one pair of high quality binoculars and a professional camera body and lens kit for complimentary use. Photos will be downloaded to a memory stick on guest’s departure

STANDARD RESERVATION CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT SCHEDULE
Once a booking has been confirmed, should the guest wish to cancel the services held on their behalf the following cancellation schedule applies:
- More than 61 days before arrival, 25% of the refundable deposit will be forfeited.
- Between 60 to 46 days before arrival - 50% of the reservation full value will be forfeited.
- Less than 45 days before arrival and No Shows - 100% of the reservation’s full value is forfeited.
The above cancellation schedule is specific to those Great Plains Conservation arrangements held.
Postponements, changes, amendments and cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. Where a postponed reservation, on which cancellation fees would have originally applied, subsequently cancels, the original cancellation fees and policy still apply to those later travel dates and arrangements.
CHILD POLICY: Selinda Suite
- Children are accommodated from a minimum age of 6 years.
- Activities will cater to family ability & safety. Some activities may have a specific age-related restriction.
- The Selinda Suite is an exclusive use two-bedroom suite which can accommodate 4 adults sharing or a maximum of 5 for families with children. Exceptions may apply.
- Child rates and private vehicle requirements do not apply because the Suite is sold on exclusive use basis only.
