Accommodation rates are per person sharing, except for the Lodge Family Suites and the villa, River House, which are per unit per night.

Single Supplement: A single supplement of 50% applies from the first single room booked. A single supplement will be charged when an adult is sharing with an infant.

Triple rooms (family suites) are suitable for a maximum of 2 adults.

Private Game Drive Vehicle: A private 4X4 safari vehicle can be pre-booked, subject to availability. Rates are per vehicle per night, from 2pm on day of arrival to 11a.m. on day of departure. Please see applicable notes under our Child Policy for children joining drives on a private vehicle.

• Scheduled Luxury Return Transfer to/from Matetsi from/to within the Victoria Falls area, i.e. VF town, VF Airport & VF borders with Botswana/Zambia

• (2025) Conservation Contribution of USD 55 per adult per night and USD 20 per child (under 17) per night, which goes towards the ongoing conservation work carried out on Matetsi Private Game Reserve.
