Tryn at Steenberg pays homage to the woman who started it all, the fascinating and feisty Catharina Ras, or Tryn as she was known to her nearest and dearest, who founded Steenberg in the 17th century.  Taking a leaf from Tryn,  this restaurant is contemporary in spirit with fabulous food, bold accents and modern textures featuring an abundance of fresh ingredients, honest flavours and intuitive service.

Named after the year in which Steenberg was established, Bistro Sixteen82 has become Constantia’s darling for tapas and bistro food. An innovative and interactive wine and food destination, the Bistro sits adjacent to Steenberg’s winery, and spills into indigenous gardens with a terraced dining area leading onto reflective water features, unfurling into views of the magnificent stone mountain and expansive vines.  

The oldest registered farm in the Cape, Steenberg Vineyards produces a range of much-loved wines through a process of environmentally considerate and dedicated winemaking.
