SKY VILLA BOUTIQUE HOTEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT POLICY

A confirmed booking comprises the following terms & conditions:

• Full payment must be received by Sky Villa Boutique Hotel no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

• Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require full payment within 48 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be made in writing and the conditions of cancellation are as follows:

• 31 days and more: free cancellation.

• 30 days and less 100% is forfeited.

• No shows: 100% cancellation fees

• No refund will be given for guests who arrive but leave before the completion of their stay.

• 3% of the Total Deposit/Payment should a refund be required as an admin fee.

PEAK SEASON (15 December – 7 January)

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

• Balance payment is required 60 days prior to arrival.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All bank charges are to be covered by the guest, agent, or operator. If a refund is paid by Sky Villa Boutique Hotel, the bank charges will be deducted from the refund payment.

• The booking agent or operator will cover incorrect quotes or charges to the guest.

• Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 14 days unless an extension has been requested in writing and has been approved.

• This document serves as a binding contract. Upon receipt of this document, you are legally bound to the terms & conditions stated here within.

• The Laws of the Republic of South Africa shall in all respects, govern this contract.

• Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of 15% VAT.

• Raw Africa Boutique Collection reserves the right to amend the quoted tariffs should there be any change in the percentage rate of VAT or any other levy, tax or impost becoming payable by Raw Africa Boutique Collection after the date of booking or in the event of the devaluation of the SA Rand.

• Rack Rates provided are a guideline and are not the contracted rates. These are purely for the purpose of comparison and are subject to change without prior notice.

• 2 Night Minimum from 15 December to 15 January.

• The Sky Villa Annex is a guesthouse located within walking distance of the Main Hotel. Guests booking any one of the six air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms in the Annex will have access to a shared lounge, fully equipped kitchen, Fireplace, heated pool, and entertainment area. Guests are also able to make use of the facilities at the Main Hotel.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES

Check-in time is from 14:00.

Check-out: by 11:00.

Early check-in and Late check-out to be informed prior to arrival and is subject to availability
