Travel Insurance:
Please ensure, and we strongly recommend, that your clients are the beneficiaries of travel an insurance policy covering at least injury, death, medical costs, emergency evacuation, repatriation, loss of or damage to personal belongings (due to theft or otherwise) and cancellation.
Travelling with Minors:
The New Immigration Regulation dictates that as from 01st June 2015 children require UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATES, along with their passports, when travelling to/from South Africa. Should you be travelling with/making a reservation for children, please ensure that you apply for these certificates timeously.
Please note the below important information:
• Please ensure that the traveller names and surnames are as detailed in ID / passport – failure to do so could result in additional airline charges and/or denied boarding.
• Please ensure that your passport is valid for your trip with at least 06 months validity after your return and has at least 2 blank pages.
Obtaining of any required visas are the traveller’s responsibility and Bespoke Travel will not be held liable for any visas not obtained, granted or denied.
• New regulations require SA permanent residents who are non SA citizen’s to travel with their original (or certified copy) of their SA permanent resident’s certificate.
• Children under the age of 18 years are required to travel with original or certified unabridged birth certificates.
• Children travelling with one parent or without their parents also require certified letter of authorisation.
• Transaction fees are non-refundable.
