Itinerary Terms and Conditions
The following cancellation fees generally apply, depending on the cancellation period (as a percentage of the trip price):
Up to 31 days before departure: 25%
From 30 days before departure: 45%
From 22 days before departure: 60%
From 15 days before departure: 80%
From 5 days before departure up to and including the day of departure or in case of no-show: 95%
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 100% of cancellation costs in the event of a covered claim, depending on the insurance policy.
