Cancellation by Client
Any cancellation of the booking by the client must be in writing from the person who signed the booking. Cancellation will apply from the date of receipt of the cancellation at the Company's office and will involve the following cancellation charges:
a. more than 60 day before arrival to destination: 50% of booking deposit;
b. 59 - 30 days arrival to destination: 60% of the holiday cost;
c. 29 - 15 days arrival to destination: 80% of the holiday cost;
d. 14 - 1 day(s) arrival to destination: 100% of the holiday cost.
