Payment Options:
We accept MasterCard, VISA and wire transfers*.
*Discounts may apply when paying via wire transfer
Cancellation Policy:
90 days +: 20%
46 - 98 days: 50%
0 - 45 days: 100%
Please note that some fee's are outside of our control such as bank and forex charges and these will need to be taken in to consideration based with any cancellation. Our utmost focus is still one ensuring that the fairest policy is offered to our clients.
Costs pertaining to air flights and trekking permits are subject to additional terms.
Deposit Policy:
- Upfront
50% of all accommodation, tours, transfers and experiences (20% of this amount is a non-refundable confirmation)
100% of airline tickets.
- Balance
The balance is required 60 days prior to arrival.
Exchange Rates:
We endeavour to try cover minor fluctuations of the exchange rate. However, depending on time till travel date, extreme forex fluctuations and which countries are being visited, we may need to adjust the balance of payment accordingly. This will be communicated to you and adjusted both up and down
based on these fluctuations.
On payment, you hereby agree to the above following terms and conditions. We will always endeavor to be as flexible and fair on all our bookings. We do strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance on confirmation of your booking.
