Itinerary Terms and Conditions
Please note:
- This quotation is an estimate only and subject to change without prior notice due to accommodation and airfare availability, airfare increases and currency fluctuations.
- Rates are quoted as nett and are non-commissionable.
- Before confirming services, we require our terms & conditions document to be signed and returned to us together with a completed booking form.
- Our preferred method of payment is by international bank transfer and our banking details are shown on the invoice we generate. We do accept credit card payments and a 3.2% processing fee is applicable to all ground services. This 3.2% is not levied on flight invoices.
- Full payment and a signed booking form will be required before we issue documents, documents are generally prepared 1 month prior to arrival.
