Itinerary Terms and Conditions
30% Deposit is Paid upon confirmation of a booking
20% is non-refundable deposit after confirmation of safari lodges and camps sites booking’ in additional, a 10% is non-refundable for services rendered
Full payment is due 60 days before start date of safari .
Bookings made within 60 days of travel must be settled in full, immediately on confirmation of the booking.
Cancellations of bookings will be subject to the following cancellation penalties:
• Cancellation from confirmation date until 90 days from arrival –forfeit 30%
.Cancellation 89- 75 days from arrival – forfeit the 40 % deposit
• Cancellation 74 - 60 days from arrival – 50% of total booking
• Cancellation of 59 days or less from arrival date 100% of total booking
If your clients should fail to arrive on the due date, start their trip late, or leave before its completion, no refund will be made.
TRAVEL CONDITION;
It is a condition of travel that’ all guests must have insurance for cancellation / curtailment, medical expenses, default and baggage lost.
