Kiboko Adventures Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Terms:
If cancellation is due to COVID - related issues (including border closures in origin, transit or destination country, cancellation of flights, or traveller testing positive prior to departure):
Cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival - cancellation is free of charge and any paid monies will be refunded.
Cancellation within 24 hrs of travel - full payment credited towards a future booking.
If cancellation is NON COVID - related the below terms apply:
Camping Tours:
10+ days before departure date = NO cancellation charge
0 – 10 days before departure date = 100% cancellation fee
Lodge Tours:
30+ days before departure date = NO cancellation charge
0 – 30 days before departure date = 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation insurance is compulsory for all Kiboko tours and it is the client’s responsibility to arrange. Should a client fail to join a tour after a departure or leave prior to its completion, no refund or liability will be accepted by Kiboko.
Full Payment:
Full payment will be due BEFORE departure. NO client will be allowed on our vehicle to start a tour should full payment not be received.
