The Kosher Safari Terms and Conditions
- Bookings will only be confirmed once we receive the non-refundable deposit per our payment terms.
- Payment terms are 50% to secure a place on the trip; and the balance 30 days before travel, failing which the initial deposit will be forfeited.
- All amounts paid are non-refundable. You are strongly encouraged to take out your own travel insurance against cancellations, delays, interruptions of tours, personal accident, medical expenses and loss of baggage.
- Travel medical insurance is compulsory, proof of which is required prior to travel.
- It should be noted that passport, visa and health requirements can vary according to your country of citizenship and your destination. It is your responsibility as a traveler to ensure you have the correct documents. Please check the requirements with the closest South African consulate or embassy. Failure to comply with visa and/or passport requirements may result in denied boarding. The Kosher Safari is not responsible for any losses or inconvenience incurred as a result.
- When traveling to South Africa with children under 18, birth certificates are not officially required if both parents are present but are recommended, especially if surnames differ. If a child is traveling alone or with only one parent/guardian, a notarized consent letter from the absent parent(s) and copies of their IDs are required. Additional documents, such as custody papers or a death certificate, may be needed in specific cases. For the most up-to-date requirements, check with the immigration website or your local embassy.
- Please check that you have 2 empty pages in your passport. Your passport should be should be valid for at least 30 days after you are due to leave.
- Whilst The Kosher Safari, their employees and / or agents will take every care against such contingencies, they cannot be held responsible for any delays or interruption to safaris or missing of onward travel arrangements and shall be exempt from liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person and their property. This also applies to delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters or protest action. The Kosher Safari reserves the right to change anything in the planned itinerary according to flight arrangements, weather changes or to suit the needs of the group.
