Package Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is finalised and confirmed by Across Australia, the following fees for cancellations apply
- 60-31 days before travel: 10%
- 30-21 days before travel: 20%
- 20-11 days before travel: 30%
- 10-01 days before travel: 65%
- Day of arrival: 100%
Note:
- The above policy will be compared to the individual cancellation terms of each supplier and the strongest terms will be enforced. These terms are provided at the time of booking.
- Amendments to existing bookings prior to arrival will not incur a penalty unless this conflicts with the policy of the supplier (specified for each service at the time of booking).
