Heritage Tours - Including QCY/QYC/ QGS
After 17 days of confirmations and 63 or more from departure - Loss of deposit 
Within 62-34 days - 75%
Within 34 days - 100% 

Melbourne & Sydney Language Guided Day Tours
Within 9 - 4 days - 50% 
Within 3 days - 100%

Any cancellation of additional services booked prior to and after your tour, such as pre/ post accommodation and transfers, that are cancelled within 17 days of tour departure incur a 100% cancellation fee.
