Itinerary Terms and Conditions
1.Kindly note that rates quoted are subject to change should the original requested services be amended.
2.Meno a Kwena transfers depart Maun International Airport for camp at 14:00 and depart camp for the airport at 10:00. Any deviation from these times will incur a private transfer cost.
3.National Park Fees are excluded at all lodges located within a National Park or Game Reserve and they are extra to the above quoted price. Park fees are dependable on your residency status that is Citizen of Botswana or Resident of Botswana and SADC citizen or resident. Proof will be required accordingly at the time of booking.
4.Booking terms and Conditions apply. Costs are subject to change at any time depending on fluctuations in fuel costs, taxes, levies, government regulations, increases in costs imposed upon us by the lodges & air charter companies as well as factors which are beyond our control.
5.Travel & Medical Insurance (to cover cancellation, curtailment, medical, baggage and evacuation cover) is excluded and it is sole responsibility of guests to obtain before traveling.
6. Please note, the packages are on the basis of 2 Nights minimum stay fully inclusive (incl. return flight from Maun Airport to Camp and related taxes & levies) Price is starting from on the basis of Per Person Sharing. For single traveler, occupying single room, single supplement charge will apply.
