Itinerary Terms and Conditions
- This is an open booking voucher where Air Organisers Travel is extending the said offerings within travel validity on/before 31st August 2022
- Voucher issued upon receipt of advance token of INR 4999 per adult person
- Advance Money is fully refundable (without making confirm bookings on specific date) on/before 31st March 2022 and 100% money will be refunded back via same mode of payment.
- Blackout Dates of 01 Nov 2021 to 31 Jan 2022
- We recommend client(s) to book/redeem voucher for desired dates as early possible (at least 60 days prior to travel) subject to flight & room availability
- Balance payment is required at the time of confirming travel dates (on/before 60 days prior to travel)
- Hotels shown here are just to specify type of hotels however the same may vary on the basis of list of hotels publish by South African Tourism in coming months.
- Air Organisers reserves right to withdraw this offer without prior notice. Any dispute subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
