20% deposit of booking within 7 days after receipt invoice, balance within 60 days of the safari date.
•    Cancellation 91 or more days prior to departure date - $200 per person plus any unrecoverable deposits from 3rd parties.
•    90-61 days prior to departure date - 20% of the safari cost per person
•    60-31 days prior to departure date - 50% of the safari cost per person
•    30 days or less prior to departure date - 100% of safari cost to include handling fee and liquidated damages to Sidai Africa Safaris
•    Suggested accommodation in the itinerary is subjected to availability, in case of no availability we will look for alternatives and discuss with you before confirmation, in case of extra costs we will ask for your permission and invoice accordingly.
