Itinerary Terms and Conditions
- As of January 2021 - There will be no Visa on arrival and Visa applications and processing will be done online though www.evisa.go.ke. You will receive a notification via email once the payment is made. In case there is a lag time on receiving the Visa the Paid Invoice can be produced at Immigration on arrival and it will get approved there and then
- As per the current Covid protocols and requirements a negative Covid 19 PCR certificate from a registered clinic is a must have and should be valid within 96 Hours of Arrival in Kenya. Note* after the clients get the Covid 19 Negative certificate they will receive a link via SMS and Email with a code for their trusted travel certificate which needs to also be presented to health officials on arrival in Kenya.
- All travelers (children) below the age of 5 years will be exempted from COVID-19 negative PCR test to enter Kenya.

- Travelers coming from a jurisdiction or countries that the Trusted Traveler Certificate is not available and Testing clinic is not registered on the PanaBIOS System will use the Global Haven Portal https://globalhaven.org/ or the trusted traveler portal on https://africacdc.org/trusted-travel/ to generate the travel code. This process should be done by the PCR testing clinic (kindly confirm the same with your registered PCR testing clinic if they are able to process the Trusted Traveler Certificate before booking your appointment)
- A traveler’s health surveillance form needs to be filled out after the clients get their Covid Negative Certificate and before arrival in Kenya. Usually this is provided on the plane or on arrival but with the new policies just released it needs to be filled online via https://ears.health.go.ke/airline_registration/. After filling the form you will receive a QR code. The QR code and the covid negative certificates have to be produced on arrival in Kenya to Port health officials
- Yellow Fever Vaccination is required for entering any country within East Africa and should be dated at least 10 Days before the Date of Arrival
- For clients coming from the US, Europe or UK they don’t need the Yellow Fever Vaccination However they will require this on departure from Kenya depending on the transit country / country they are returning to hence we highly recommend all clients to get this vaccination
- If you are connecting through other East African countries the Yellow Fever Vaccination is Mandatory
- For domestic flights passengers are required to wear surgical face masks at all times.
- A PCR negative test needs to be done before arrival back to the client’s country of origin (a Valid test usually within 72 hours of arrival back or unless stated otherwise by the countries protocols)
- If you get the Covid 19 Vaccination, it is still mandatory to do the PCR test before arrival and departure from Kenya
