DOMESTIC FLIGHTS TO/FROM CUIABA FOR OUR DEPARTURES
We have considered only one air-conditioned car for the transfers from/to Cuiabá from/to Porto Jofre and the lodges for the whole group. Please consider a morning flight to arrive in Cuiabá. The latest arrival for this program must be 11 am. For late afternoon arrivals we recommend an overnight in Cuiabá for an early departure the next day (with additional costs). Departure flight from Cuiabá must be after 6 pm.
We can assist you with the additional transfers and hotel overnights in Cuiabá, Sao Paulo or in a different city if needed.
BOOKING PROCEDURES
Giving the reduce number of rooms/cabins at each lodge/ship in the Pantanal and the challenge of reselling spaces released 9 months prior the travel dates (most bookings are confirmed 1 year or more in advance), local lodges/ships require a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your space. If you agree with our proposal but for any reason you think you may need to change or cancel your booking, we suggest you purchasing a travel insurance.
