Itinerary Terms and Conditions
Your guide may suggest changing the order of the tours due to reasons such as bad weather, rough seas, traffic patterns, etc. This will always be with your consultation and approval.
Payment & Cancellation – Day Tours:
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required, and the balance is due 30 days prior.
Payment is accepted via electronic funds transfer (EFT), credit card or cash in South African Rands (ZAR), unless alternative arrangements have been made.
> Cancellations 0 to 30 days prior: 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
> Cancellations 30 days or more prior: 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
> Refund due to an activity cancellation: A 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
