Payment terms
50% deposit require to confirm the booking, remaining 50% required 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation and ‘no show’ policy of confirmed or guaranteed bookings
120 days or more prior to arrival = 100% refund.
90-119 days prior to arrival = 50% cancellation fee
61 -89 days prior to arrival = 75% cancellation fee.
60 days and less prior to arrival = 100% cancellation fee.
No Show / 100% no show fee to be charged
