Itinerary Terms and Conditions
1. Diverse Namibia operates from 20 January 2024 to 01 January 2025.
2. Each departure is guaranteed with a minimum of 2 confirmed guests and operates with a maximum of 7 guests per safari.
3. Should all other bookings on an Diverse Namibia cancel, reducing the group to one guest, we will convert the booking to a private package and in all likelihood at an increased price.
4. Guests need to arrive in Windhoek no later than 07:00 on the day of departure (we recommend that guests overnight in Windhoek before the start of the safari). If guests arrive after this time, they will need to be air transferred to their first camp, at an additional charge. The Exploration ends in Windhoek on the last day at approximately 13:00.
5. Diverse Namibia includes: accommodation on a per person sharing basis, all meals from lunch on Day 1 (excluding dinner on the second night in Swakopmund) to the end of the scheduled safari, a reasonable amount of soft drinks, mineral water, fruit juice, house wine and beer, as well as local spirits such as gin and Amarula whilst at Kulala Adventurer Camp, Damaraland Camp and Ongava Tented Camp or Ongava Lodge, National Park fees, all road transfers and scheduled activities.
6. Diverse Namibia excludes: international flights, visas, compulsory comprehensive insurance, all relevant entry and departure Government taxes, all drinks whilst in Swakopmund, all personal purchases (including curios, spirit liquors, telephone calls, etc.), laundry, gratuities, optional extra activities, pre and post safari tours, all other travel arrangements pre or post the safari and any new Government taxes, levies, fuel or industry increases which are beyond our control.
7. Age Limits - children from the age of 12 years are welcome on all scheduled departures. For parties with children under 12 years, a private tailor-made safari is suggested and gladly quoted for on request.
8. Please note that road transfers in Namibia are primarily on gravel roads which may cause discomfort for guests with back or kidney problems.
