Itinerary Terms and Conditions
Deposit/Cancellation policy:
$1000 deposit to confirm.
Balance Due: 95 days prior to departure
130 days or more prior to departure, 25% of the charter rate is forfeited.
129 - 100 days prior to departure, 50% of the charter rate is forfeited.
100 days or less prior to departure, 100% of the charter rate is forfeited and no refund is available.
No reservations are confirmed until proper payment is received. California Scuba Center shall have no obligation and provide no confirmation of any reservation until the deposit is actually received. You also agree that you and all travel companions/trip participants are qualified, experienced, and fit to engage in all activities booked. The clients' acceptance of verbal or written confirmation, and/or a deposit or final payment for services, constitutes clear and binding acceptance of these Terms and Conditions including our payment and cancellation terms.
Please note that in all transactions, California Scuba Center is acting as an agent/agency. We are not the principle or supplier of any element of your arrangements.
You must carry valid proof of citizenship & proper identification (current Passport). Many destinations also require in addition visas, vaccinations & more. As it is a common requirement in many countries, California Scuba Center strongly advises passengers do not travel with less than 6 months remaining on their passport from their return date. Without proper identification, a passport & necessary visas, you will not be permitted to depart.
