Itinerary Terms and Conditions
Tours Terms & Conditions:
- This is a quotation only and is subject to availability as NO reservations have been made and availability of services has not been confirmed unless otherwise stated.
- Should the hotels/lodges quoted on, not be available at time of booking, an alternative property will be booked within the same price and class range as quoted. No claim whatsoever shall arise against Leading Edge Tours as a result of such unavailability
- No booking is guaranteed unless we receive a written “go-ahead” from you within 48 hours of us sending a confirmation to you!
- The rates quoted are always subject to change without prior warning, should there be any increases in bed levies, airfares, park fees, fuel, sales tax or VAT, Third Party Services, exchange rate fluctuations or any other circumstances beyond our control for services featured in this quote.
PAYMENT TERMS
Deposit Payments – 30% deposit is required on confirmation of the booking.
Balance Payment – 70% Balance payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival.
For tours that include the services of certain suppliers with more stringent policies, for example: Private Lodges, Rovos Rail, Blue Train and others, different payment terms may be enforceable. These will be provided when applicable on quotation.
Large group programs and Incentives will attract specific payment terms which will be provided when applicable on quotation.
If payments are made in foreign currency, the exchange rate applied by the official bankers of ERM Tours, on receipt of monies will be accepted as the applicable rate.
TRIPLE SHARING POLICY:
- NO REDUCTION FOR TRIPLE SHARE ADULTS in South African Hotels.
- Please check with ERM Tours on the triple sharing policy for the individual hotels upon request.
- Note that single supplement is payable for stay in hotels that are unable to accommodate 3rd adult.
CHILD POLICY:
- A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age is allowed to share with a maximum of 2 full paying adults. A maximum of 2 children per family group is allowed at discounted rates.
- A child of 12 years and older will be charged the full applicable adult per person rate. If a child shares with only 1 adult, the child will pay the full applicable adult sharing rate.
- Certain accommodation establishments refuse permission to children less than 12 years of age, e.g. certain private game lodges. Supplier child conditions will apply in these cases.
- Certain accommodation establishments only accept children in family units. These units are often in limited supply and subject to availability. Acceptance of any child on discounted conditions is therefore subject to availability and confirmation of such units.
This quotation and itinerary is correct at the time of writing, however Leading Edge and their agents cannot be held responsible for any alterations that may occur due to changing conditions or circumstances beyond their control.
