NB: A Yellow Fever Injection is mandatory for entry to Angola
All familiarisation tours are hosted on a professional basis. Participants are expected to act as ambassadors for their companies and to engage fully and respectfully throughout the programme.
Participants agree to the following:
- Professional conduct: Maintain appropriate, respectful and professional behaviour at all times during the fam tour
- Full participation: Attend and actively participate in all scheduled activities, site inspections, transfers and engagements, unless prior approval has been granted by the organiser
- Social media: Publish a minimum of one (1) social media post per day related to the fam tour, tagging relevant hosts and partners where applicable
- Packing: Travel with a soft-sided bag only, with a maximum luggage allowance of 15kg
- Fees: Any fees payable to the host (including, but not limited to, conservation levies, park fees, tourism levies or optional extras) remain the responsibility of the participant unless expressly stated otherwise
