Itinerary Terms and Conditions

  • Fitness for mountaineering requires a high overall level of physical conditioning. Both cardiovascular and motor fitness are needed to climb at varying levels of intensity and to navigate challenging terrain, often while carrying a loaded pack and at high altitudes. Clients will need to have this high level of fitness required to participate in mountain climbing itself. Clients’ fitness will be assessed prior to mountain climbing and if it is deemed, they are unfit to climb, they will be unable to take part.
  • It is the responsibility of the client to ascertain from their insurance company that no exclusions are applied to the client's policy, for example some travel and medical insurances do not cover mountain climbing up to 6,000 meters above sea level. All clients need to be aware that there are inherent risks involved with climbing mountains, including but not limited to, risk of physical injury or ailments.
