Sole Travellers
Participants travelling alone must pay an additional $70.00 (in addition to the single room supplement) to cover the cost of arrival and departure transfers. Sole travellers will only be confirmed when at least two people have confirmed on a departure.
Child/Third Adult Rates
- Children younger than age 7 are not permitted on our seat in vehicle safaris. We welcome young children on private safaris.
- One child aged 7-11 years sharing with 2 adults pays 60% of safari cost
- Two children aged 7-11 years sharing their own room pay 75% of adult rate
- Children under 12 pay full festive supplements
- Third adult rate, same as per person sharing
Price Includes
- Meet and greet services
- Airport Transfers in safari minibus or mini coach on shared basis in hotel shuttle
- All transport and game drives on safari sector will be in a 4x4 vehicle with pop-up roof (maximum 7 passengers) with an English / Bilingual (French, German, Italian or Spanish) speaking driver-guide on shared basis
- Guaranteed window seat
- Meals and accommodation as specified
- All park fees and government taxes
- ½ litre bottle water per person per day on game drives
Cost Excludes
- Visas and international flights
- Airport taxes (clients pay direct)
- Driver-guide gratuities
- Drinks, dining rooms tips, porterage
- Personal travel, baggage and medical insurance
- Telephone bill, laundry and any items of a personal nature
- Balloon Safari

Additional remarks
- Cancellation policy as per agent’s agreement or as per our printed Price Guide if no fixed contract is in place. Please request any further information on this if required.
- We may have to re-route the itinerary or accommodate in similar lodges in case of non-availability.
- Prices for domestic flights, airport taxes or park fees may be changed without prior notice. This is beyond our control and any increase levied will be passed to you.
- Specific language speaking guides must be requested at time of requesting booking and are subject to availability at time of confirmation.

Luggage
Due to limited luggage space in vehicles, suitcases are unsuitable for scheduled road safaris. We recommend luggage packed in inexpensive barrel/sausage bags or soft sided bags not exceeding 15kgs and 65x46 cm.
