FLIGHTS:
Full names as per passports required to hold flights - copies of passports required
Flights can only be held for 24 hours
Flights are confirmed on receipt of payment in full only
Confirmed flights are non-refundable / transferable
VISAS:
It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that they hold a valid passport and all necessary visas.
Clients must have sufficient cash on hand for a visa where required.
Where e-visas or Electronic Travel Authorisations are available, we encourage all travellers to obtain them before arrival;
Australian passport holders are not required to obtain a visa before arrival
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Comprehensive Travel Insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, medical, emergency travel, and assistance is compulsory. Please ensure you also have comprehensive insurance for baggage, jewellery, electrical devices, cameras, cell phones, etc, in the event of theft. Travel Insurance should be applied for as soon as you have confirmed arrangements and settled deposit payments.
TERMS & METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Payments are to be made 8 weeks prior to arrival
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation to secure reservations.
1. Bank payment – Please use bank details to be supplied and email through a deposit slip.
2. Credit card payment – Please ask for further details – a secure link will be sent through.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please ensure you are familiar with all terms and conditions
0-14 Days = 100% 15-21 Days = 60% 22-60 Days = 50%
All cancellations must be in writing.
All cancellations are subject to administration fees and/or the 30% non-refundable deposit.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have adequate travel and cancellation insurance when confirming services
