Itinerary Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions for booking with Brothers Safaris
- I hereby acknowledge and agree to the specific terms and conditions, including cancellation terms, for my booking/safari / African Vet Safari booked/arranged with Brothers Safaris.
- General terms and conditions for all bookings, unless specified otherwise:
- 40% Cancellation fee (deposit) for cancellation 45 days or more before commencement (day 1 of booking).
- 60% Cancellation fee for cancellation 30-44 days before commencement.
- 100% Cancellation fee for cancellation within 30 days before commencement.
- Cancellation must be made and received in writing to Brothers Safaris.
- A fee of ZAR1,000.00 per person will be charged for each amendment made after confirmation.
- I acknowledge and accept that Brothers Safaris utilises reputable third-party service providers and cannot be held liable for any failure of these third-party service providers.
- Without notice, Brothers Safaris reserves the right to use a similar lodge or hotel if the intended lodge or hotel is unavailable for any unforeseen reason, which may affect pricing.
- The itinerary costing is subject to availability and currency fluctuations.
- Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
- Payment of the deposit deems that the client has read, understood and agrees to the above terms and conditions and is bound to them legally
