- All beverages, Lunches and Dinners where not specified will be for the client's own account.
- Gratuities, Tourism Levies (where not specified), any additional tours & transfers will be extra cost.
- International flights, Domestic flights, Travel and Medical Insurance, Visa’s & COVID-19 Negative Test Result 72hrs prior to arrival in South Africa & Botswana are additional costs.
- All items of a personal nature and not mentioned in the inclusions will be for the client's own account including bar bills, telephone calls, laundry, room service, curio & gift purchases and spa treatments.
- Should quarantine be required during the tour this cost is for the client's own account.

- Quotations and invoices for South Africa are issued in Rand (ZAR).
- Quotations and invoices for other countries are issued in US Dollars (USD).
- All quotations are subject to accommodation availability at the time of the booking.
- This is a quotation only and no booking is being held.
- Accommodation rates are based on a shared basis (per person sharing). Single accommodation can be quoted when requested.
- No refunds given for unutilized inclusions
- Cardinal Leisure reserves the right to release accommodation bookings held should payment not be received by the dates stipulated.
- All items not mentioned in the quote are additional and for the clients own account.
- Please note that WI-FI connections at hotels or lodges are unsecured, therefore access to the internet is at your own risk.
