What you need to bring on safari:
- Covid-19 free certificate/clearance not more than 4 days old prior to your arrival and accessing any tourist facility, attraction site or undertaking of any activity with a tourism enterprise.
- Face masks, sanitizers, hand gloves.
- Money for personal spending and tipping.
- Only a small soft case as storage space is limited [maximum 15kgs] Any excess baggage will attract a fee of US$2.5 per kg for the local flight.
- A pair of long trousers and jersey for the cool mornings and evenings in addition to plenty of light clothes for hot days (do not forget a hat), swim suit, comfortable shoes/sandals
- Torch, sunglasses, suntan lotion, insect repellent/spray
- Camera, memory cards, binoculars, maps, guide-books, kindle
- Personal toiletries e.g. toothbrush/paste etc.
- All personal travel insurance
- Transport in a shared 4x4 Land cruiser with open sided for best game viewing and photography
- Return flight to Masai Mara with ground transfers.
- Services of a professional and experienced English speaking Maasai driver/ tour guide
- All Game park entrance fees/conservancy fees
- Flying doctor’s emergency evacuations cover
- All Airport transfers within Nairobi
1 night at Hilton Garden Inn – Standard room (Bed and Breakfast basis)
2 nights at Mara Nyika Camp – Safari luxury tent including: accommodation, 3 meals, soft drinks, house wines, local beers& spirits, tea, coffees, refreshments on game drives, 2 safari activities per day, laundry, Premium brand spirits and champagne
2 nights at Cottars Safari Camp including: accommodation, 3 meals, soft drinks, house wines, local beers& spirits, tea, coffees, refreshments on game drives, 2 safari activities per day and laundry

- Driver tour guide tip from US$10 per day
- International flights, Travel and Medical Insurance, Visa’s & COVID-19 Negative Test Result 96 hrs prior to arrival in Kenya are additional costs.
- All items of a personal nature and not mentioned in the inclusions will be for the client's own account including bar bills, telephone calls, laundry, room service, curio & gift purchases and spa treatments.
- Should quarantine be required during the tour this cost is for the client's own account.

- Quotations and invoices for Kenya are issued in US Dollars (USD).
- All quotations are subject to accommodation availability at the time of the booking.

- Accommodation rates are based on a shared basis (per person sharing). Single accommodation can be quoted when requested.
- Cardinal Leisure DMC reserves the right to release accommodation bookings held should payment not be received by the dates stipulated.
- All items not mentioned in the quote are additional and for the clients own account.
- Please note that WI-FI connections at hotels or lodges are unsecured, therefore access to the internet is at your own risk.
