Mabibi Get Africa United:
The amount of 100, - ZAR will be added to your invoice as a contribution to our project Mabibi Get Africa United. This is voluntary so if you do not wish to contribute you can reserve yourself from this. Mabibi Get Africa United is registered as an NPO.

Payment and cancellation Policy:

25% of the amount is due on receipt of invoice

75 % to be paid 60 days prior to travel

Cancellation against compensation, the following applies:

- Cancellation more than 60 days in advance, 50% cancellation fees

- Cancellation within 60 days of departure, 100% cancellation fees   

Participants will be responsible for their own travel insurance and cancellation-insurance.

 If you chose to pay with credit card an additional fee of 4% of the total amount will apply.

Get Africa Travel cannot change the conditions of the agreement or specifications of the tour unless obstacles arise outside Get Africa Travels control. Get Africa Travel reserve the right to change travel route, transport and accommodation if conditions (such as i.e. fire, natural disasters) require such changes.
