Itinerary Terms and Conditions

OLOI SHORUA (OPC) P L has endeavored to ensure that all the information in the document is correct, but OLOI SHORUA (OPC) P L neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any data or information contained. OLOI SHORUA (OPC) P L disclaims any liability, responsibility or any other claim, whatsoever, in respect of any loss, whether direct or consequential, to any user or any person, arising out of the use of the information. OLOI SHORUA (OPC) P L (hereinafter) referred to as the/our Company) reserves its rights to change/ amend/ modify the said information at any time on receiving intimation from the relevant sources. Travelers traveling for any reason will be referred to as “ Client”.

LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS

• If after finalization of the tour/ service cost, there is any hike in the charges for any item included in the itinerary, such as entrance fees of monuments/ museums/ National Parks, taxes, fuel cost, guide charges or for any other reason- by the Government or appropriate authority, as the case maybe, of the country, the same will be charged extra.
• The Company acts only in the capacity of a sub-agent for the booking in hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors, providing other services. All exchange orders; receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to the terms & conditions under which the respective party provides these services.
• The Company acts as the booking facility for the Tour Operators/contractors with whom the Customer’s Bookings are placed. Tours are sold through the Company by various Tour Operators and other businesses that provide the services for the Tour. The Company is not a Tour Operator and has no responsibility for Tours.
• As per the itinerary, the local agents/ contractors will be liable for all arrangements in the visiting country and their contact details will be given by the company to the client to contact them in case of an emergency.
• All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous external factors such as weather and road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. The Company reserves the right to change any schedule in the interest of the clients’ safety, comfort & general well being.
• The Company rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes, the Company will change the rates quoted before the modification, accordingly. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels unless indicated specifically in the itinerary.
• The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder during any period in which such performance is delayed by Force Majeure event including but not limited to fire, flood, war, riot, embargo, organized labor stoppage, earthquake, hurricane, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of terrorism, acts of gods etc. beyond its control.
• The Company shall not be liable to indemnify clients for any kind of loss or award any kind of compensation whatsoever to them either due to Force Majeure or due to negligence of the client.
• The Company does not have any insurance policy for accident, sickness, loss due to theft occurring at any time or location or any other reasons. Clients are advised to make arrangements in their home country for appropriate insurance. Baggage and personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
• The Company reserves the right to reject any person as a client, to expel any client from the vacation, to cancel a vacation at any time, to make changes in the itinerary whenever theCompany deems it necessary for the safety, comfort & general well being of the participants.

MEALS

Meals will be provided as stated in the itinerary. While our Company makes sure that your preferences are served to you, however we reserve the right to change the meal arrangements, if the circumstances make it necessary. If for any reason the client misses or refrains from availing any meal arranged by the Company due to his reasons, there will be no refund.

HOTELS

Every possible care is taken by our Company to select the hotels, which are comfortable, and at the same time reasonably priced. Hence depending on the day-to-day itinerary, the hotel may be confirmed either in the city or away from the city center, at the property specified in the itinerary or
similar. All per person rates are based on double occupancy of the respective accommodation units as described above. A tour member occupying a single room either by choice or by circumstance is required to pay the single room supplement. No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage/ valuables/ personal effects or any other vacation participant’s belongings in the hotel or during the time of the tour. Baggage insurance is recommended. Further any damage to the hotel property shall be borne by the participant using the said property/ room and shall not be borne by the Company.

BAGGAGE

The client traveling by air would be subject to the airline restrictions/ limitations on baggage weight / size/ number. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstances the responsibility of the client.

ITINERARY CHANGES

For the comfort and convenience of our passengers, deviations to the planned itineraries are possible, although every effort will be made to keep them as they are shown. The Company shall make every effort to inform the client about these changes, prior to the start of the tour or during the tour as may be possible.

PASSPORT AND VISA

It is the absolute liability of the client to arrange for the necessary visas and it will entirely be the client’s responsibility to ensure that the same are in order as per the final itinerary. Both the visa and passport shall be valid six months prior to booking the tour. Please be advised that grant/ rejection of visas is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulates/ Authorities or the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments. The clients are advised to arrange for the visas well on time, as the booking amount is not refunded at a later stage or once the reservations are made. In the event the client cancels the booking or fails to participate on the due to rejection of visas of any country or is unable to travel on the tour booked by the client due to lack of proper travel documents or for any other reason whatsoever including medical grounds, the non refundable interest free deposits or the entire monies paid by the client (as the case maybe) shall stand forfeited as per the scale of cancellation set out hereinafter in the “Cancellations” clause.

INSURANCE

It is mandatory that the client arranges an Overseas Medical and other Insurance Policies to cover the risk to life and limb and property whilst on tour. The Company shall not be liable or responsible for the failure/ negligence of the client in purchasing the appropriate insurance cover. It shall be the duty of the client to inform the Company of any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected. The Company reserves the right to ask the client to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that medical condition has not been disclosed, the Company will not be liable to provide any assistance to the client

REFUNDS

Please note that any request for refunds is subject to the terms and conditions of the quotation/invoice and that no refund can be made for unused services, for unused transportation where group activity tickets are involved, or for voluntary modifications made by the Client or due to Client negligence.

SIGHTSEEING & LAND TOUR SERVICES

Services that are included in the tour price are indicated in the quote/ invoice. The Clients are requested to adhere strictly to the time table prescribed by the tour guide whilst on tour.

GRIEVANCES AND COMPLAINTS

The carriers, accommodations, and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or servants of, or joint ventures with our company. Therefore any grievance or complaint in respect of the services so provided by such independent contractors should be informed to the independent contractors immediately with a copy of the same to our Company, which will be used for the Company’s information as a cautionary measure while selection of services of such independent contractors in the future.

PRICE GUARANTEE

All vacation prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known at the time of the quotation and expected to be in effect at the time of departure. The current price will be confirmed at the time of reservation. Prices are subject to increase without notice if such rates change prior to departure. In such case, Clients will have to pay additional charges, if any, to the Company before the commencement of the tour.

JURISDICTION

The contract and any matter arising there from, including any dispute between the client and the Company directly or indirectly relating to the Terms and Conditions or in connection with the tours/ holidays marketed by the Company will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai under the Indian Law. All tours offered by our Company are subject to laws, rules of Reserve Bank of India and/or the Government of India.

FORFIETURE OF DEPOSITS

The non-refundable interest free deposit paid by the client to the Company along with the booking form at the time of booking the tour will be forfeited under the following circumstances:
Client(s) cancels the booking
Client(s) fails to adhere to the schedule of payment of tour cost
Client(s) has been denied visa of any country(ies) included in the tour;
Client(s) is unable to travel on the tour booked by him, due to any reason whatsoever including medical grounds or sickness.
The aforesaid forfeiture is subject to the conditions of cancellation laid down in the booking form terms and conditions.
If the Client fails to make the payments as per the offer issued by the Company, following approval of the offer, the Company has the right to cancel the agreement. On such an occasion, the Company is entitled to charge a fee corresponding to a cancellation fee.

SERVICE FEE

After one sample itinerary, should you require any changes, we will provide you with one more option at no charge.
A consultation fee of Rs 10,000/- will be charged and adjusted with the total booking amount once booked.
Should you decide not to book with us, the Rs. 10,000/- will be taken as our consultation fee
