Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation Charges: Cancellation charges depend on when Planhotel Resorts & Hotels receives notice of the cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received within 21 to 14 days of the expected arrival date, Tour Operator/client is responsible for 30% of room charge for whole period (total stay).
If cancellation notice is received within 13 to 5 days of the expected arrival date, Tour Operator/client is responsible for 50% of room charge for whole period (total stay).
If cancellation notice is received less than 4 days prior to expected arrival date, Tour Operator/client is responsible for 100% of room charge for whole period (total stay). The same policy applies to no-shows.
