- SAT: Lunch at DoubleTree Hilton Iquitos. Amazon River Iquitos city tour and transfer to main dock. Boarding and orientation. Welcome dinner.
- SUN: Visit native reserve of Kukama (Yanayacu de Yacapana), Marañon River outing on skiffs to the confluence. Pink dolphin watching. Nauta Creek Rainforest walks. Live music. Nighttime outing.
- MON: Yanayacu de Pucate kayaking & swimming, Japanese Lagoon, Yanayaquillo outing on skiff. San Regis Amazon Natural Park walk over hanging bridges. Peruvian cocktail demonstration. Live music.
- TUE: Visit to local community with welcome ceremony, shaman, and tree planting. Shiriyacu outing on skiff and piranha fishing. Sunset. Live music.
- WED: Disembarkation and visit Amazon Forever Bio Park / Manatees Rescue Center. Transfer to Airport.
