HIGHLIGHTS: Covers the gems of South Africa starting in Cape Town, visiting the winelands, Table Mountain and Cape Point before continuing up the famously beautiful garden route, stopping at Oudtshoorn, Knynsa and Plettenberg Bay. Visit Johannesburg and tour Soweto including the apartheid museum, drive the magnificent panorama route with jaw dropping views before finishing with an exciting few days on safari.
OUR TAKE: this is a great tour if you want to see the highlights of South Africa. The finale is a safari at Moditlo. Whilst it’s a great property, usually 10 go in a vehicle so you are not guaranteed a window seat. And it is close to a railway line so you can hear trains passing sometimes. The majority of guests don't even notice, but we want to mention it. Wilderness is great and wildlife outstanding. Other than that, if it’s your first time trip to Africa you’ll love it! For those after a few more days of safari, let us know and we can create an add on and take you to one of our favourite safari camps or lodges offering a different experience to Moditlo for diversity!
RECOMMEND: Booking your international and regional flights on the one ticket to get the best price. Add on time at the end for another safari and even head up to Victoria Falls.
