The Yoga

Enjoy some beautiful yoga flows in unique settings with one of our many local and passionate yoga teachers. Yoga styles available (subject to availability) include Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Power, Yin, Restorative, Pre and Post Natal, Kids and sports-related yoga.
