Nature and photography themed journey to arctic north of Norway and Finland. The trip starts in Tromso, convenient transport hub in Northern Norway, stones throw away from fjords and Lyngen alps. After exploring environs and nature around Tromso we cross border to Finland. Our Finland destination, Kilpisjärvi, has more resident reindeers than people. Kilpisjärvi is small Sami settlement situated at the foot Saana fell by a picturesque lake. We visit reindeer herdsman Nils-Erik and join him for a day taking snowmobile up the fells in search of his herd which is gracing free. We spend the Finland nights in a glass roof igloos designed for aurora watching and star gazing. If lucky we may see auroras dancing in the night sky.
