- Meet & greet service at the airport: Personal reception in the arrivals hall at the airport with assistance to charter flight. 24-hour emergency telephone availability during your trip.
Accommodation
- 2 nights at Chiefs Camp, including Accommodation, meals, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (including premium alcoholic brands), laundry services, emergency medical evacuation, park fees and twice daily game viewing activities.
- 2 nights at Stanley's Camp, including Accommodation, meals, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (including premium alcoholic brands), laundry services, emergency medical evacuation, park fees and twice daily game viewing activities.
- 2 nights at Chobe Chilwero, including Accommodation, meals, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (including premium alcoholic brands), transfers to and from the nearest local airstrip from Chobe Chilwero Lodge, return airport transfer to and from Kasane Airport, laundry services, emergency medical evacuation, park fees and twice daily game viewing activities.

Light Aircraft luggage requirements
Maximum total luggage weight is 20kg (44lbs) per passenger including checked and hand luggage. Maximum hand luggage is 5kg (11lbs) (1 piece allowed) which is part of the 20kg (44lbs) total luggage limitation for light aircraft flights.
- Maximum checked luggage size is 30cm (12 inches) wide x 35cm (14 inches) high x 70cm (28 inches) long.
- Checked luggage with small wheels is allowed. No hard-shelled luggage is permitted.
