This thrilling 12 day safari takes us northward from Windhoek to the fabled Caprivi Strip - steeped in history and conflict, but still one of Namibia’s best kept secrets. It encompasses a 450 km panhandle stretching eastward, with Zambia and Angola to the north, Botswana to the south, and Zimbabwe to the east. Add to this the four perennial rivers - Chobe, Linyanti, Kwando and Zambezi - that surround the region, and the stage is set for the safari of a lifetime.
This wetland wonderland, with long waterfront areas and riverine forest, is a refuge for many species of wildlife and birds, and home to no less than 4 national parks - Bwabwata, Mamili, Mudumu and Mahangu.
