With unforgettable stays at four properties – Jack’s Camp, Stanley’s Camp ,Chief’s Camp and Chobe Chilwero Lodge – this 12 nights journey into the wildlife heartland of Botswana encompasses Chobe National Park, with its thriving population of elephants, and the teeming Okavango Delta: a water world of channels, lagoons and islands where hippos, buffalo, giraffes, impala, zebra, hyenas and big cats and the Makgadikgadi: an oasis of style and old-world glamour in a landscape of savage beauty , zebra migration, and meerkats are among the possible sightings.

This exciting itinerary takes guests to four ultra luxurious camps in three vastly different wildlife areas of Botswana. Guests will be spending spectacular nights at each camp starting from Kasane and ending Maun.

This trip can be started from Chobe Chilwero and ending in Jack’s Camp.

Safari Itinerary

Days: 1-4

MAKGADIKGADI SALT PANS

The guests first three nights will be spent at the legendary Jack’s Camp, adorned with a classic East African safari feel. One of the most original and exciting camps in Africa, it sits in a striking spot on the edge of Botswana’s Makgadikgadi Pans. Here the safari experience is unique, and the living desert is constantly full of surprises. At first sight, the lunar-like salt pans appear devoid of life, but in the hands of the of the knowledgeable camp guides the story of the Makgadikgadi begins to unfold.

Throughout their stay guests will find an impressive choice of extraordinary activities and desert culture experiences to enjoy in and around camp. From interacting with the habituated meerkats, going on guided walks or game drives, quad biking out into the remnants of the super lake, hunting for stone tools in the crusty salt flats or seeing the world through the eyes of the San Bushmen – this is where unreal style, meets real adventure.

OKAVANGO

Set in an amphitheatre of ebony and sausage trees on a private concession, Stanley’s Camp is nestled into a private 260,000-acre concession overlooking the Okavango floodplains.

A vision of classic, canvas-tented luxe amid the vast, teeming, watery wilds of the Moremi Game Reserve. Beyond the camp’s elegant lounge and outdoor dining area are the broad horizons and seemingly unlimited natural splendours of the Okavango Delta, one of Africa’s grandest wildernesses, teeming with wildlife.

MOREMI GAME RESERVE

Renowned for its outstanding game viewing and exceptional service, Chief’s Camp is located in Botswana’s Okavango Delta on Chief’s Island, within the famous Moremi Game Reserve.

Once the royal hunting ground of the great Batawana chiefs, now a lush haven of serenity and biodiversity, Chief’s Camp – in a luxuriantly leafy spot at a bend on the river – is quite literally surrounded by what may well be the richest concentration of wildlife in Botswana.

Days: 10-13

CHOBE NATIONAL PARK

On arrival in Kasane, guests will be met by a representative to assist with guest’s road transfer to Chobe Chilwero.

Positioned high above Botswana's Chobe River, Chobe Chilwero Lodge offers unparalleled, panoramic views across the islands and floodplains, stretching as far as Namibia.

A contemporary safari-chic eyrie with sweeping panoramas of the sublime spectacle of Chobe National Park, known as the “Land of Giants” due to its thriving population of Kalahari elephants. The rest of the Big Five are all present, too, in this hotspot of biodiversity and natural beauty, remarkable even by Botswana’s already sky-high standards.

Day 13: End of Safari

After a final morning activity, guests will depart the camp for Kasane Airport. On arrival a representative will meet you to ensure you connect to your onward travel arrangements.

This package can be extended to Victoria Falls (Zambia or Zimbabwe).
