  • Return transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport to accommodation in Moshi;

Entry fees:

  • Park Fees: all park fees collected by Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA) (Park entry fees, concession fees, camping fees, crew fees, vehicle fee and all others). 

Accommodation:

  • There are several types of accommodations available on a Tanzania safari tour, ranging from budget-friendly basic camping to mid tier and luxury lodges, tented camps, tented lodges. Each type of accommodation offers a unique experience, and choosing the right one depends on your budget, interests, itinerary, and preferred level of comfort.

Meals:

  • Breakfast in the hotel before and after your safari;
  • All meals on the Safari. You will find delicious energy-rich meals on our Safaris to satisfy your pallets. Our professional chefs (for Adventure camping Safaris) or the Lodge Chefs (for Lodge / Tented Camps) will prepare assorted soups, garnishes, several types of fish and meat, fresh fruit and vegetables. Vegetarian/gluten-free/halal options are available at no extra cost;
  • Drinking water on Safari

Activities:

  • Local Chagga Tribe, Materuni Falls and Coffee Plantation visit with a local lunch

Vehicle and safety equipment:

  • New SUV V8 Land Cruiser 4x4 with pop-up roof;
  • At least 2 Pairs of Binoculars in each Vehicle
  • All vehicles are equipped with Radio Calls for any emergencies
  • Complete medical kits.

Safari crew:

  • Professional English Speaking guides licensed by TANAPA. All of them have 7+years of successful experience; (Special Language speaking guides available upon request)
  • Professional Safari Chef for Camping Safaris

Ground crew:

  • Professional team on ground providing 24/7 support for any emergencies or for any other requirements.

Taxes:

  • 18% VAT, 1% TDL and 0.3% Service Levy. African Scenic Safaris is an honest and responsible tour operator working in full compliance with the tax law of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Excludes:

  • International flights;
  • Tips (30-40 USD per day for the Guide and 20-30 USD per day for the Safari Chef);
  • Visa fee (100 USD for American citizens and 50 USD for all others);
  • Lunch and dinner at the hotel (before and after the Safari);
  • Travel insurance. African Scenic Safaris definitely recommends taking out Travel Insurance for your trip to cover for any unforeseen emergencies
