Aurora Adventures - Africa Journey ~ April May 2027

Introduction

30 Apr 2027 - 13 May 2027

Spend 12 engaging days (11 nights) traveling through southern Africa on an inspirational journey and wildlife Safari with Dawn Feuerberg of Aurora Adventures, a wellness inspired travel company. You will travel authentically with an intimate group of six to ten people with Dawn as your trip leader. This Adventure is created in collaboration with Michael Haines of Safari & Company who has been in the forefront of African safaris for the past 30 years. An African safari is a journey like no other; you feel connected to this ancient land and it's genuine people.

The journey begins in Africa's mother city - Cape Town.  Enjoy three days exploring this iconic destination with its stunning coastline and mountains. From Cape Town you fly north to the vast wilderness of northern Botswana. Enjoy seven days on safari in pristine wildlife areas, from the Kalahari Desert to the plains and rivers of the Okavango. You will be expertly guided all along the way by local guides, who will show you Africa's most amazing wildlife. Interact with the spiritual Bushmen tribe, the original inhabitants of this part of Africa.

Accommodation in Cape Town will be a private luxury villa just below Table Mountain. Whilst on safari you will stay in classic tented style safari camps which feature queen or twin beds; all have ensuite bathrooms with running hot and cold water and proper lighting. We have five rooms/tents available for the safari. Additional rooms/tents on a single basis are possible at an extra cost, and subject to availability. Wonderful meals are prepared by the camp chefs, and all dietary requirements can be catered for.

Join Dawn on this inspirational African safari with presence and gratitude. Traveling with purpose and moments of integration, brings in a beautiful sense of grace as we move through unknown lands to greet new cultures, eco systems, people and animals with Awareness. Dawn will offer optional meditation and wellness classes. She will also weave in shamanic ritual ceremonies when appropriate (read Dawn's full bio under the Documents section).

Safari & Company is a travel company based in Toronto, Canada that specializes in African safaris. Michael Haines has been involved with guiding and planning African safaris for over 30 years.
