Our private tours EXCLUDE international flights. 

As long as there is a minimum of 2 guests, we can run the tour around YOUR preferred dates.

Our private tour will take a maximum of 6-8 guests in the safari vehicles

prices from  GBP 3569 per person.

Payment terms for tailormade tours, without a set departure:

20% deposit to secure your space no later than 120 days prior to departure. 
Outstanding Balance Due: 
80% balance of payment is due 90 days (3 months) prior to travel

Please remember safari lodges are not large establishments with 100’s of rooms and flights to these regions are limited, hence the need for early deposits to avoid disappointment.

• One-way scheduled flight from Mombasa (Moi International Airport) - Nairobi (Jomo Kenyatta International Airport) on Day 09 {Baggage allowance: Strictly 23KGS Per Person in soft bags including hand luggage}
• Complimentary transfer from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Airport in the hotel’s shuttle on Day 01 as indicated in the itinerary
• Transfer from Four Points by Sheraton Nairobi Airport to Nairobi Madaraka Express Train Station on Day 02 (based on minimum 06 people in one vehicle)
• Transfer from Mombasa Madaraka Express Train Station to Chale Island on Day 05 (based on minimum 06 people in one vehicle)
• Transfer from Chale Island to Mombasa Madaraka Express Train Station 09 (based on minimum 06 people in one vehicle)

• Travel / medical / cancellation fees insurance
• Tips / gratuities for driver / guide and hotel staff
• Change in itinerary
• Any extras not mentioned above e.g. extra meals,
• Visa fee, eTA & international flights
• Lunch and dinner on Day 01 & 09
• Lunch on Day 06, 07 & 08

Additional fee for a local person to escort guests from Nairobi to Lumo on the train would be $680
