Our fly-in safari drops you right into the heart of Calving Season—combining quality tented camps, top-notch food, and expert guides who know the landscape inside out.
Game viewing here is exceptional all year, but December to February is something special. In December, the herds head south to Ndutu, setting the stage for calving season. By January and February, the short-grass plains from the western Ngorongoro Conservation Area to southeastern Serengeti turn into a nursery, with thousands of wildebeest and zebra giving birth—an unforgettable sight. And where there are newborns, predators follow—lion, cheetah, and hyena are often seen lurking nearby, creating dramatic wildlife encounters.
Travel in comfort with our custom extended Land Cruisers, designed for game viewing with enlarged windows and pop-up roofs for panoramic views.
Join shared game drives or opt for a private vehicle for a more personal experience—it’s your safari, your way.
