Great Apes, unique wildlife and Rainforests in Uganda

Led by wildlife veterinarian, Dr Peter Brothers, and other specialised guides, you will not only have an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experience on this safari, but your participation also gives financial support to the many projects and researchers you will interact with! Peter, the owner of Brothers Safaris and African Vet Safaris, will work closely with local specialists to share his insights on the wildlife we will encounter.

On this safari, you will have the chance to see two great ape species – the critically endangered Mountain Gorilla and Chimpanzees. You will gain crucial insights into great ape conservation from the accompanying guides and local specialists and will also have the chance to see several other primate species (red, black and white colobus monkeys, grey cheeked mangabue, L'Hoest's monkey). The safari also offers the chance to see many other amazing wildlife and bird species, including the unique tree-climbing lions of Queen Elizabeth Park, the rare Shoebill Stork, elephant, hippo, crocodile, buffalo, hyena and Uganda Kob.......
