GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Upon confirmation of booking, the customer agrees to pay a deposit of 30% of the invoice amount, and 70% 30 days prior to departure.
In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the deposit paid will be retained by the company as a cancellation fee according to the following scale:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 15% of the tour price will be retained.
- 30 - 21 days prior to departure: 30% of the tour price will be retained.
- 20 - 08 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour price will be retained.
- 07 - 03 days prior to departure: 75% of tour price will be retained.
- 1 day before departure: 90% of the tour price will be retained.
- On the day of departure and in case of no-show: 100% of the tour price will be retained.
