Itinerary Overview

Days 1 to 4: Moela Safari Lodge

Guests arrive in Maun and continue by road to Moela Safari Lodge, situated on the high banks of the Boteti River Valley. The approximately 2-hour road journey introduces guests to Botswana’s open landscapes before reaching Moela’s private tribal reserve, bordering Makgadikgadi National Park.

Over three nights, guests experience a dramatic desert-edge safari environment shaped by the Boteti River and the vast Makgadikgadi landscape. During the dry season, large herds of zebra and wildebeest gather along the river, creating exceptional viewing opportunities directly from the lodge. Day 4: Moela Safari Lodge to Chacha Metsi

Days 4 to 7: Chacha Metsi
