Luggage restrictions for inter-camp Charter & Helicopter Transfers:
- Luggage must be packed in a soft bag (incl laptops & handbags) & is restricted up to max 20kg (44lb) per person. No hard-shelled luggage.
• Maximum hand luggage is 5kg (11lbs) (1 piece allowed) which is part of the 20kg (44lbs) total luggage limitation.
• Maximum checked luggage size is 30cm (12 inch) wide x 35cm (14 inch) high x 70cm (28 inch) long.
• The Service Providers reserve the right to repack guests’ luggage in a soft carry-on bag, at the guest’s expense, if the luggage is not correctly packed.
Tipping / Gratuity Guidelines:
- General Camp/Lodge Staff: USD 20 per guest, per night (this excludes all guides).
- Guides: USD 20 per guest, per day.
- Specialist Activity Guides (Bushmen experience, mokoro poler, etc.): USD 10 per guest, per activity.
- Massage therapists, transfer drivers and any other additional tips are at the guests’ discretion.
